Do I need a website to have a Digicard profile?
No, you don't need to have a website of your own to have a Digicards profile.
It is advisable to use this Digicard profile in addition to your website.

How long does it take to set up my profile?
Setting up your DigiShare profile takes just a few minutes — simply enter your basic contact details and you're ready to go.
With DigiSilver and DigiGold, setup may take a little longer as you have access to more customisation options, such as social media links, video, gallery, and more. The extra time gives you the flexibility to tailor your profile to suit your personal or business brand.
Do I neet to install an app to use Digicards?
No, Digicards is Web Based Application, so you only need to be connected to the internet. In case no internet is available, a client can scan your QR code, save the link and access your profile as soon as they have internet connection.
Can I manage my profile from my phone?
Yes, You can easily log in to your dashboard and change any detail you need to change.
What happens if I lose my NFC Card?
You can contact our Support team and they will gladly assist you to replace your NFC card.

How long does delivery take?
Once we receive your order, printing takes approximately 2 business days. After that, your card is securely packaged and shipped via a trusted courier service anywhere within South Africa.
We use economy shipping, which typically takes 3 to 5 working days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
How do I cancel my subscription?
